Sadly due to COVID Classes are now suspended until 2021.
With the ongoing COVID-19 exercise restrictions, sadly I won't be teaching any classes until the New Year.
I know some of you are really missing in person classes and l hope we get back to these at some point soon.
But until then don't despair I am not leaving you movement free!
