Let's get clear questionnaire
You’ll answer simple questions about your health and movement history and complete a ‘day in your life’ 3 day diary. By providing this information prior to our session we will have a clear starting point for your journey to wellness enabling us to really focus on your end results.
Journey towards wellness strategy session
Our 90 minute wellness strategy session will take place by video conference. We will work towards developing a customised wellbeing approach that you can integrate into your daily schedule without feeling overwhelmed. This will enable you to take back control of your busy days, helping you move away from working from a place of panic.
By the end of the session you will have a plan to move your wellbeing journey forward. You will feel energised, empowered and excited to level up your lifestyle choices in a structured yet easy way.
Wellness Power Pack!
You will be sent the plan we outlined in our wellness strategy session.
You will also receive a digital journal which will help you track your movement, nutrition and general wellness. Using the journal and the plan together will really get you focused on intentional & mindfully documenting how you feel, what progress you're making and the clarity you are receiving to continue your journey to being the best version of you.
Wellness Check in
Two weeks after our strategy session we will get together for 30 minutes to review how you’ve been doing. We’ll go through the plan and discuss what has been working great and what may need to be revised so you can continue to thrive and live your best life.
