Barre classes combine techniques from Dance, Pilates and Yoga to give you a full-body conditioning workout which is fun, energetic and effective. This unique fitness class will help strengthen, lengthen and sculpt your body whilst remaining low impact so everyone can benefit. All movements are small and controlled so we can focus on working deep into those muscles.

You don’t need to have any barre experience to come to class, just bring your “have a go” attitude and I’ll guide you through. We’ll be using light weights, soft balls and resistance bands, along with the barre for body weight conditioning exercises. Attend class 2-4 times per week and you’ll soon get the results you’re looking for.

Types of BootyBarre Class

Intro to Barre

Class length: 60 minutes

This is a great entry class for beginners, anybody returning to exercise, or for pre and postnatal clients. All levels of fitness are welcome! It’s a slower paced, less intense class that enables you to develop your understanding of the signature barre moves and focus on correct technique. We’ll also apply any modifications that might be required.

BBarre Plus

Class length: 60 minutes

Perfect for those looking to improve their general level of fitness, this class is fun and fast-paced. Expect to improve your technique and target all the major muscle groups using a combination of Pilates, yoga and Ballet Barre high repetition moves.

BBarre Express

Class length: 45 minutes

Great for those who want to get their workout in before work, school drop off or at lunchtime, this class provides the same intensity as BBarre Plus but in a condensed format that you can fit into the busiest of days whilst still getting results.

Please note: 24-hour notice is required to cancel your session without incurring a charge. If this notification is provided you will be able to make up your session within the validity period of your class block. Prior to commencing classes, it is advisable to consult your doctor if you have medical conditions, are pregnant or are over the age of 65. By taking part in physical exercise you are accepting responsibility for your own health and omitting any responsibility for any injury or wellbeing issues from the instructor. All sessions must be paid for in advance.
