Meet Eleshia

I’m Eleshia, a Pilates teacher and women’s wellness advocate, passionate about helping women strengthen their bodies and feel empowered through every life stage.

Since qualifying as a Pilates teacher in 2014, I’ve been committed to deepening my knowledge and practice. In 2020, my passion for classical Pilates was reignited thanks to the mentorship and encouragement of Brooke Siler, a key influence who helped shape my current approach to the method.

I am now completing my classical comprehensive teacher training with Rebel Pilates Collective under Jaime White in Sweden and continue to expand my expertise in women’s health and holistic wellbeing.

Alongside Pilates, I am a certified Barre teacher and hold specialist qualifications in Pre-Conception Optimal Health, Post-Natal Recovery, MenoStrength, Thai Massage, Beauty Therapy, and Core Restore Functional Exercise Programming. I am also training in menopause support through the 3rd Age Woman Menopause Transition Programme, allowing me to guide women confidently through all stages of life.

With over 15 years of corporate project management experience, I bring clarity, structure, and care to every session—helping you reconnect with your body and build resilience both on and off the mat.

In addition to my movement work, I am also a Holistic Business & Lifestyle Coach, supporting female business owners to prioritise their wellbeing while building sustainable and fulfilling businesses.
